DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Below you will find all the info you need about how Saralli processes packing, shipping and deliveries of your parcel! If you desperately need your purchases before a special occasion, need to get it shipped somewhere tricky or just require extra assistance, please contact us at info@saralli.com.au – we are happy to help!

Saralli is pleased to offer FREE parcel post delivery throughout Australia when you spend $50 or more at the Saralli E-Boutique.

Orders below $50 will have a flat delivery price of $10.00. There is only one delivery price per order, not per item.

Secure Delivery of your Parcel

We send all our $10 postage via EXPRESS POST pre-paid satchels, which are generally delivered the next working day from when they are posted.

All 'free shipping' (when you spend over $50 or more and choose this option) is sent in either pre-paid parcel post sachels which are not trackable, or via regular post based on weight of parcel (usually this is just for very small orders).

If a delivery is attempted while no one is home Australia Post will either leave your item at your door or leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you can then sign for your new items and take them home.

*Please note: we are not liable for any lost parcels sent via express post, parcel post or regular post, and unfortunately cannot refund your order. Customer must purchase at own risk. However, in saying this, given the circumstances, should this happen, we can try to negotiate a happy middle ground on the issue as this is often just a fact of life and neither party is to blame. This is a very rare occurrence, so don’t fret;)

Timeframe
Packaging of your order and express Post delivery time is 2-3 business days Australia wide.
Some items displayed at Saralli E-boutique are available in stock ready to be shipped once payment has been received, however if out of stock, you will be notified that this item will have to be made for you and could take up to 2 weeks turnaround.

If you have not received your items within 5 working days of placing your order please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately.

In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting
For you at your nearest post office for collection.

International Delivery
Saralli offers a flat delivery rate of $25 for all international orders. These will take up to 3 weeks for delivery to your address.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Australian customers can make secure payments online with direct deposit or Paypal. You have the option to select your preferred payment method when you reach the checkout.
International customers must make their payment with Paypal.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To return an item for an exchange ONLY, log into your account and follow the onscreen instructions. Go to "Completed orders" and "Request a return". Follow the onscreen instructions to request your return.

Please note, we cannot accept returns without first requesting a return via your account.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pierced earrings unless they are faulty.

Please include your full name and order ID in your return. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please email us for a return address.

We do not give refunds, only credit within store to the return value.

WHAT CRITERIA WARRANTS A RETURN?

You are only eligible for a return to saralli.com.au for the following reasons:

goods were received faulty, damaged, broken or incorrect to invoice.

we do not accept returns based on changing your mind or because of a colour discrepancy on our online store images. All computer screens will show some discrepancies in colour, pigment and therefore your perception of the product colour may be different to that of the real product. We use very high quality images provided by our suppliers and therefore customers must understand, particularly with cosmetics that it is not our fault if your purchase does not forefill your expectations in colour/finish as per the image. There can be up to 10% difference in online image to real life product so we ask that you consider this before purchasing.

WHY HASN'T MY RETURN BEEN PROCESSED?
In the unlikely event that you don't receive an exchange or refund within 14 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have returned your parcel using  express post or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us.
