HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ACCESSORIES?
Jewellery purchased from Saralli may be handmade and delicate. Don't wear perfume or strong moisturisers when wearing your jewellery - certain chemicals can discolour chains and metal. Don't shower or bathe in your jewellery. Some of the items are often unique in the way that they might have glue residue, small imperfections in the trims etc which is all apart of purchasing items that are hand made by a very small team in Australia. These are not machine made, so each item is specially assembled for you. The items that can be washed will have washing instructions on them. Do not put any of your textile based accessories in your washing machine, and avoid handwashing them where possible. If you want to get more advice on this, please email us.

Of course! Buying a Gift Voucher is very simple. Head over to our Gift Vouchers page and enter the required details. You can email the Gift Voucher directly to the recipient, or you can email the Gift Voucher to yourself (by entering your own email address) to print and give by hand.

Once your Recipient has been sent their voucher they'll have 12 months to spend their Voucher on our site, using part or the entire value of the Voucher as payment.
